Dust off your lawn chairs and prepare your appetites! It’s time for the 40th Annual Bull Creek HOA Meeting and Memorial Day Picnic. We’re gathering once more to address neighborhood matters and commemorate four decades of community tradition.

~3:15pm – Neighborhood picnic

If you’re unable to attend, complete the proxy by following this link. Designating a proxy is crucial to ensure we have the necessary quorum.
While you are at it pay this year’s dues. It is easy, convenient and supports the minor expenses the HOA incurs.
🧺 Memorial Day Picnic
Our annual neighborhood picnic will begin immediately following the neighborhood meeting. Your neighbors have been enjoying each other’s food and company for the last 40 years! Come be a part of history! EVERYONE is welcome, including guests. What better way to connect with your neighbors than by talking with your mouth full?
The host families provide freshly cooked hamburgers, hot dogs and grilled chicken. They also ensure there are plenty of cold beverages available for both adults and children.
What to bring:
- A Dish to Share – Enough servings for the number coming with you.
- Patio Furniture – While it is a long “standing” tradition, sitting is more comfortable.
- Saturday 9am – Delivery Service – Help us by placing your labeled tables and chairs by your garage. We will pick them up and then return them to you on Monday.
- Or bring your your own folding chairs the day of the picnic
The picnic is free, but suggested cash donations of $6 per adult and $3 per child are appreciated. The picnic is a separate event not sponsored by the HOA.
