About

The Bull Creek Home Owners’ Association consists of those homes in Lakewood Park Sections 3, 4 and 5. There are a total of 47 homes, the earliest built in 1963 and the latest in 2001. (16 homes in the 1960’s; 20 homes in the 70’s; 4 homes in the 80’s; 6 homes in the 90’s; 1 home [the last available lot] in 2001.)  A very stable neighborhood, currently there are only 5 homes that have had more than 3 owners since they were built.

The association ran on an informal basis, with the President generally representing the neighborhood in zoning and other matters, until it incorporated in 1999. The Board of Directors consists of the current President, Vice-President, Treasurer, and Secretary.  The Architectural Committee consists of the Chairman and 3 volunteer members. The annual HOA meeting is the Sunday of Memorial Weekend each May, the time currently set at 2:00 p.m.
